Ready-Set-Sell

Getting ready to sell a property or current residence… let me “get you set” by improving your property’s market appeal.  With your permission, I rearrange accessories, move furniture and make additional design suggestions using the things you already own.  I also provide fill-in accessories and plants from my stock to supplement the look if needed.  Homes “staged” for sale typically sell faster and for more money.  Whether you are a real estate agent or a homeowner, “staging” a property for sale really works and gets you moving!

Based on a fee of $1,000.00 per home with adjustments made depending on scope of project. 

Redesign or Customize

Whether you desire to redesign your home using existing furnishings and accessories or you desire to update or redo your look with custom window treatments, custom bedding or custom paint finishes, I can help you integrate the elements of your design to create a space that is uniquely you.  I can redesign a room in your home in just one day using things you already own or we can create a design just for you based on new items you wish to purchase.  I offer a variety of services, so no matter what your design or redesign needs are, together we can create a solution.

Design with a Plan

Can’t quite get the look you’ve been after?  Redecorated several times on your own and aren’t quite sure what to do next?  Have no fear… a great interior design begins with a well thought out design plan.  By following a few simple elements and principles of design, together, we can create a functional & aesthetic plan for your new room.  We will create a plan to fit your lifestyle and a plan that will function to meet your needs.   “Design with a Plan” allows you to make additions as you desire and with the security of knowing that the finished product will have a designer look.

• $150.00 for 1 room
• $250.00 for 2 rooms
• $350.00 for 3 rooms

Shopping

I am happy to accompany you on shopping trips or to do your interior design shopping for you.  Shop with me or have accessories brought to your home and pay only for what you like and wish to keep plus an hourly fee.  You will receive my expert interior design advice and avoid making costly mistakes. 

Fees based on an hourly rate of $100.00 with a one hour minimum - you pay only for time used and there is never any pressure to buy.

Quick Tips

Do you really enjoy doing your own interior design, but wish you understood design a little bit better… then gather a few friends for a special in-home mini design class.  Ask questions, learn about the principles & elements of design and learn how to apply your new knowledge to your own home.  I love teaching and I can’t wait to enlighten you about interiors.

Fees based on class size and duration.  Individual classes are also available.
