Even as a little girl I loved flowers and gardening. Some of my fondest and dearest childhood memories are of playing in my grandmothers gardens, picking flowers and eating fresh picked berries with my cousins. As a child I spent many hours with my grandmothers in their gardens weeding, planting flowers, playing and making bouquets.
It seems when my Grammie passed away I somehow forgot my love for these beautiful things and I got too busy living life. After the birth of my second child and ten years of marriage I knew my soul was searching for something. My husband began growing wonderful flowers in our own garden and one day I began taking photographs of them. I discovered my lifes mission, my own unique way of sharing Gods wonders and making the world a more beautiful place one picture at a time, in my own backyard.
What began as a path of rediscovery has become a journey of faith and conviction to find my own place in the world. I will be forever grateful to both of my grandmothers for sharing their gardens and their love of flowers with me.
